10-Year UAE Golden Visa Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant must be inside the UAE.
  • A financial report for the last two years audited by a licensed auditing company.
  • A commercial license for the auditing company and the auditor’s license.
  • VAT returns for 1 year.
  • A copy of the trade license and partners’ appendix.
  • If the commercial license is issued by a free zone, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) showing company assets and the shareholder certificate is required.
